Seit 2001 ist Brigitte Aigner in der Kathrein Privatbank AG im Bereich Institutional Business tätig und unterstützte bis Frühjahr 2019 zusätzlich zum Team auch den Vorstand.

Nach Abschluss des Wirtschaftskollegs begann sie in einer großen österreichischen Kapitalanlagegesellschaft im Bereich Institutionelle Kunden zu arbeiten. Im Anschluss war sie in einer amerikanischen Unternehmensberatung in der Niederlassung Wien für den Geschäftsführer sowie für seine Beratungsteam in organisatorischen Angelegenheiten im deutschsprachigen Raum zuständig. Bevor sie zu Kathrein wechselte, konnte sie noch einige Erfahrungen in einer renommierten Personalberatung sammeln, wo sie ebenfalls den Geschäftsführer im Rahmen seiner Consultingtätigkeit unterstützte.

Michael Wilnitsky has been with Kathrein since 2022 and started in Product Management. In September 2024 he switched to Institutional Business. Michael Wilnitsky has more than 8 years experience in Asset Management. After successful completion of his finance studies in UK he honed his skills with local finance institutions and in renowned investment houses in France and Germany. 

Andrea Otta has been with Kathrein Capital Management GmbH since 2007 and has been a managing director since 2016. As a fund manager, her work focuses on fixed income and mixed mandates as well as the development and implementation of ESG concepts. She specialises in particular in credit research & analysis and has been leading the fundamentally oriented, qualitative investment approach within KCM since September 2015.

After graduating from the Federal Commercial College in St. Pölten, Andrea Otta worked at a Landesbank from 1998 to 2007, where she was initially entrusted with custodian bank tasks for Austrian investment funds before moving to the Treasury and Asset Management division in 2001. Parallel to her training in the banking sector, she completed the Certified Portfolio Manager exam and has been a CFA charterholder since 2009.

Sylvia Eisenreich has been supporting the management and the team of Kathrein Capital Management GmbH in all office management agendas since 2010.

As a graduate of the Institute for Translation and Interpreting at the University of Vienna, Sylvia Eisenreich founded the Eisenreich translation agency in 1996 and joined Kathrein Capital Management GmbH in 2010 as a career changer.

Florian König has been working for Kathrein Capital Management GmbH since 2016. Initially, his responsibilities included analysis activities relating to equities, credit and asset allocation. Since 2019, his main area of responsibility as a portfolio manager has been in the area of equity funds and mixed mandates, where he previously supported the portfolio management on a deputy basis. His responsibilities also include the further development and maintenance of in-house models as well as the associated programming activities.

In addition to his professional activities, Florian König completed his Master's degree in "Quantitative Asset and Risk Management" at the University of Applied Sciences bfi Vienna and at the University "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" in Iasi (Romania). During his bachelor studies in banking and finance at the FH bfi Vienna, he already gained experience in the areas of interest rate and liquidity management as well as collateral management. He is currently a CFA Level II candidate.

Thomas Odehnal has been working in fund management at Kathrein Capital Management GmbH since 2019. His focus is on fixed income.

He graduated in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration in 1995. After gaining experience in securities processing at an Austrian universal bank and subsequently in bond trading at the central institution of a cooperative bank while studying, he switched to bond fund management at the associated KAG. His main focus was on the management of institutional mandates with a focus on the Euro-Fixed-Income segment. In the course of the 17 years at this KAG, he took over the management of the entire bond team.

Zoran Savic has been working for Kathrein Capital Management since the end of 2011. He completed his Bachelor's degree at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt in summer 2011, specialising in "Financial Economics" and "Market Communication and Sales". During his studies, he started his professional career as a credit analyst at UniCredit Bank Austria and supported the analysis and research team of Kathrein Capital Management from autumn 2011. In late summer 2013, he finally moved to risk management, where he deals with VaR evaluations, limit testing and new regulatory requirements.

Parallel to his work at KCM, Zoran Savic completed training as a CFA charterholder.

Martin Kögler joined Kathrein Capital Management in September 2023.

From 1994 to 1999, Martin Kögler was employed by an Austrian universal bank and then moved to the risk management department of an Austrian capital management company. During this time, he completed his part-time university of applied sciences degree in banking and finance in 2004. As of 2017, he worked in the risk management department of an Austrian real estate capital investment company.

Clemens Fontner joined Kathrein Capital Management GmbH in January 2022. As a portfolio manager, he supports the management of the assigned funds with fundamental methods. His area of responsibility lies in the further development of investment processes and analysis activities in all asset classes. Mr. Fontner began his professional career as an investment advisor and subsequently gained experience in risk management and bond issuing (debt capital markets).

Clemens Fontner completed his Master's degree in "Quantitative Asset and Risk Management" at the FH bfi Vienna in cooperation with the University of Bologna. During his studies, he already dealt intensively with investment strategies and wrote his master's thesis on the topic of "Smart Beta - Factor-Based Investment Strategies". Before that, he completed his bachelor's degree in banking and finance.
