Foundation service

We are a competent partner for all aspects of estate planning, asset and estate succession and structuring, business succession, and solutions around foundations.

Asset structuring & Succession in best hands.

As Austria's leading foundation bank, we offer founders, founder families and foundation boards profound advice on the establishment and administration of private foundations through the StiftungsOffice, which we established in 2006. We help you decide when it makes sense to establish a foundation and what advantages a private foundation can bring in a specific case.

We also provide competent assistance with all legal and tax issues that arise for an already existing foundation. To this end, we also have access to a tried and tested network of renowned lawyers, notaries or chartered accountants specializing in foundation issues, and can also recommend these in individual cases.

Customized solutions for your foundation investment.

Kathrein Privatbank develops investment strategies tailored to the specific purpose of the foundation and implements them, taking into account tax-relevant issues, as individual investments, within the framework of asset management or via special investor funds.

Based on our expertise in portfolio management, we analyze your investment, identify the risk potential of an investment strategy and develop investment concepts with an optimized risk/return structure, taking into account the foundation's own guidelines. For many years, we have been the leading foundation bank in Austria, offering comprehensive advice on all foundation issues as well as the best contacts to leading foundation experts.
